When creating a site from scratch or redesigning an existing site, we provide a set amount during the proposal process and as long as the project stays close to the original work agreement, that is what we will charge. We do not charge a page rate or by the hour on initial design. Because each project is different, we can not provide any rate information here, but please contact us for a free proposal.

Minor updates, along with email and phone support, are provided for a period of 30 days after a new site is taken live. After the 30 days have passed, clients are strongly encouraged to purchase a Website Maintenance Contract at a cost of $20.00 per month. Clients who host their site with us will receive a 25% discount at a cost of $15.00 per month.
A Maintenance Agreement includes the following:
Unlimited basic site updates at no additional charge. This can include changes to text, changes to images and addition of links.
Additional maintenance and major additions is billed at a discounted rate of $65.00/hour (25% off). This includes new pages, new images, major changes to navigation and overall structure.
Updates are guaranteed to be completed within 48 hours.
Unlimited Email and Phone support/consulting.
You may cancel your Maintenance Agreement at any time, by giving one month's written notice. A pro-rated refund will be given for any unused period of the advance annual payment.
In the absence of a maintenance agreement, any site updates or modifications will be subject to a $85.00/hour fee. There will be a 30 minute minimum charge for any updates ($42.50).
LOGO: $260.00 - A $130 non-refundable deposit (50%) is required.
We provide you with 10 different designs. If you are not satisfied with any of them, we can refer you to other designers and you do not pay the final 50%. View Logo Portfolio
STATIONARY: We are able to help you design business cards, letterhead, envelopes and more. We can either send you digital files that you can take to your local print shop, or we can have them printed and shipped directly to you.
